How to Apply:

• Apply to dry hair without prior shampooing, focusing on recommended base shades of Dark Blonde 6-0 and lighter, with 30-70% white hair.
• Mix BLONDME Lift & Blend and BLONDME Premium Developer in equal parts (1:1 ratio).
• Recommended developer concentrations: 12%|40 Vol. for levels 6-0 and 7-0, 9%|30 Vol. for levels 8-0 and lighter.
• Thoroughly blend BLONDME Lift & Blend and BLONDME Premium Developer until achieving a uniform cream consistency.
• Apply the mixture immediately after preparation, using a generous amount for optimal blending and white lifting effects.
• Allow 30-45 minutes for development; additional heat is not advisable.
