Shipping policy
All goods are delivered straight from our warehouse that’s the reason we are able to cut cost for middleman:). We always try our best to provide economical shipping rate, therefore customer who is willing to buy small amount of product can utilise Australia Post shipment which can be economical for light weight product whereas for bulky order we recommend customer to choose flat which is cheaper than other means. All avaliable shipping option will be displayed during checkout once customer provides their shipping address.
Our standard handling time is 2 business days, which means it might take 2 business days for us to process order and handover to courier. Once we allocate your package to courier, well update you with the tracking info. Sometimes we may send through another courier, different than the one you selected during checkout because of some unforeseen circumstances or just to reduce your delivery time.
Please note:
If the total weight of your order exceeds 5kg, you may be charged extra for shipping therefore we may contact you later with exact price.
L & F Hair and Beauty Suppliers cannot be held liable for damages in transit. The customer is responsible for any fees associated with returning any defective item(s). Under no circumstances shall L&F Hair and Beauty Suppliers be liable to pay, or refund your freight. Any freight expenses are at your expense. This includes the freight cost to you and freight cost to return items to our warehouse
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, for which we will not be responsible.
Freight charges are stated within the Shipping Page and may change without notice. All delivery times are estimated times only, and may vary.
L&F Hair will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from the late delivery.
LF will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage that may occur once delivery has been made by the shipping provider and all responsibility from the point of delivery will be passed on to you.
Once the order has been released from our facilities and you have received it, you are responsible to check the order and inform LF of any damages or faults within 2 working days.
Orders will be delivered to the Shipping Address that is stated in the Order Process. Please check this information is correct, as LF will take no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and/or any losses that may occur as a result. Re-delivery freight charges will be at the cost of the customer. Also we recommend to use signature required features for valuable items.

Welcome to LF Hair and Beauty Suppliers ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Click and Collect service ("Service"). - Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
- Please ensure that all provided information is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with your order.
4. Payment
- Payment for orders can be made through our accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay or other specified options.
- All prices are displayed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
5. Collection of Orders
5.1 Collection Window
- Orders must be collected within 7 days from the order confirmation date.
- If you are unable to collect your order within this period, please contact our customer service to make alternative arrangements.
5.2 Identification
- Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (physical or digital) when collecting your order.
- Only the person who placed the order or an authorized representative may collect the items.
- Upon arrival for collection, we require you to sign for the order as confirmation that stock has been collected by appropriate person.
5.3 Pickup Instructions
- Our staff will verify your information and hand over the ordered items.
- Ensure to inspect your items before leaving the store. Any discrepancies or damages should be reported immediately.
- Upon arrival for order pickup, customers are required to sign for the order, verify their identity, and confirm all products within the order are correct items and units.
- Any issues with order MUST BE reported within 24 hours of order collection, any issues reported past this window will not be amended or rectified.

7. Products and Stock Units

- Order fulfillment is subject to availability of stock and quantities requested. Inventory records may fluctuate permitting purchase of items that are out of stock or backordered.
- For any stock ordered that is unavailable, we will contact customers to suggest alternative items, inform them of the arrival time for restock if they are happy to wait, or offer a refund on items unavailable at the time.

- We offer no exchange or refund for products based on change of mind or incorrect purchase. If you are unsure about a product suitability for your needs, our team are more than happy to assist in recommending appropriate goods tailored to your needs.
· Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
· If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
· Items come with the standard manufacturer warranties. Please contact our team in regard to any warranty issues and the appropriate steps and procedures will be taken to organise. (All products back to base) any faults with products will be taken back to the company of which owned.
· All products are to be used in accordance to the product manufacturer’s guidelines. No responsibility will be accepted for misuse or incorrect selection of products.
· No warranty is given as to the condition or performance of any goods. In particular, no such warranty is given in respect of damage or loss sustained to goods arising from faulty assembly or fitting.
· The company reserves the rights to either replace free of charge or repair any goods proved to be of defective manufacture, provided that the cost of returning and re-delivering the goods will be at the customers’ expense.
