Terms of Sale

By placing an order for any goods on our Website you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to be eligible to place an order with LF, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. LF retains the right to refuse any order made by you.

When placing an order with LF you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing, Product Description and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. However; your order cancellation must be finalised before your order has been dispatched. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total’.

Prices subject to change without notice and include GST. The right to correct website errors is reserved.

There is price difference between trade price and retail price, therefore L & F Hair recommends all professionals to get registered for trade account, which helps them to purchase product in discounted price and also they will be able to order exclusive products which are avaliable only for trade customers.

Payment

We accept payment for orders via all major credit card or debit card (visa, master card, american express), afterpay, zip pay and paypal. All credit and debit card will be processed through stripe and 3d secure is enabled for every transaction to prevent fraudulent activity and therefore we do not store any card details on our server. All payment information will be sent to respective payment gateway using industry level encryption system, which helps to safeguard customer’s payment details.
