1. Are you open to general public?
Answer: Yes we are open both to general public and trade customer.

2. I can't see trade prices. What should I do?
Answer: Please ensure that you are logged into your account before adding items to your cart. Logging in is essential to apply the trade discounts.

If you are still unable to see the trade prices after logging in, please contact us so we can investigate your account and resolve the issue promptly.

3. What is the procedure to open trade account?
Answer: 
If you are working in closely related field you may be eligible to open trade account with us, for this you need to submit online application along with your trade documents. Then after we’ll verify your details and activate trade account for you, we’ll send you confirmation email.  

4. What are the benefits of having trade account?
Answer: 
The main advantage of having trade account is discounted price.You may also be eligible to purchase professional product using trade account.

5. Do i need any coupon code to get trade discount?

Answer: No, you don’t need any coupon code for trade discount. They are activated automatically once you login to trade account. However you may also use coupon code during our promotions.

6. What if i don’t receive my product after placing order online?
Answer: 
We may be out of stock for some products, at that time we’ll contact you to let you know the timeframe, if you are happy to wait then we'll proceed once we receive back order. Otherwise, we can omit the out of stock items along with refund and then send you the rest of the items. 

7. How long can i expect my online order?
Answer: It depends where you are located, generally our handling time is 1-2 business days if we have stock in warehouse, then there is shipping window of 1-7 business days depending on your location. You can check the delivery time during checkout.

8. How to contact if i am not happy with the items that i received?
Answer: 
We try our best to include natural photo of all item but sometimes due to recent package changes from manufacturer we may not be able to upload latest picture or change the description. Well, in such case you can always contact us using our support form. Please check our return policy under terms and conditions for more details.

9. What is your policy if i receive wrong product or order?
Answer: 
In such case contact us immediately using our support form along with pictures of the item, then we’ll investigate and help you to get the right product. But please do not loose the original packaging or covers. They are needed for investigation purpose.

10. Product was damaged when i opened the packaging?
Answer:
We use industry standard packaging materials but during transit, items can be damaged, in such case contact us immediately and upload pictures of both package and inside items. Also do not throw the outside package until case is solved.

11. Where are you located?
Answer: 
We have physical store in Preston and Moorebank. You can purchase online and instore both as a general customer or as a trade professional.

If you are new customer we recommend you to carry license, certificate, business registration if you have so that you may be eligible to have trade account. Just inform one of our staff and they will help you to check the eligibility.
